One victim estimates McLean molested her over 100 times. The investigation into these heinous acts has found an additional seven victims and investigators fear that McLean is searching for more. Investigators believe McLean has committed these devious acts over a 20 year period and he has no reason to stop.

McLean has been described as being very intelligent and methodical; planning everything he does to the smallest detail. Investigators state McLean knew his crimes would eventually catch up with him and believe he has been planning his run from the law for years. He may have over $100,000 in cash at his disposal. McLean may have changed his appearance to aid in his flight from justice. Investigators say McLean is considered armed and extremely dangerous"

"TORONTO - A U.S. fugitive who police say uses his position as a ministerial servant of the Jehovah Witness to get close to children is being sought for allegedly molesting four youngsters in California.

Frederick Cecil McLean, 61, is among the U.S. Marshals 15 Most Wanted fugitives and is believed to be hiding in the GTA, officers of Toronto Police’s Fugitive Squad said on Wednesday.

McLean’s plight has been aired twice on America’s Most Wanted TV show without leading to his arrest."

He's a Jehovah's Witness? They don't promote sex offences against children. He is just using religion as a cover to get close to children to victimize them. I hope he will be caught and punished real soon. Most pedophiles seem to hang around schools, churches, and clubs for children.

It is a parent's responsibility to report sex abuse to the authorities, I can not fathom anyone condoning sexual abuse.

Personally, I believe that it's the responsibility of everyone to report abuse of a child, but for those that may not be aware here is a link to state statutes current as of Nov. 2013.

Can't we do a direct appeal campaign to Kingdom Halls across Ontario and then Canada?

He is a repeat sex offender who will not stop until incarcerated. Whatever guise he walks around under is meaningless except for helping locate him. He sounds smart enough he could have become a rabbi, Christian pastor or whatever he felt was most beneficial to reach his evil goal.

It is the moral responsibility of every adult to report the sexual abuse of children directly to the authorities so that a proper investigation can begin by the police or CPS. This reporting should be direct. It improves the investigation when the reporting is unfiltered. In many states it is a legal requirement that anyone who suspects abuse should report it. It is up to these authorities to investigate and in-house investigations often muddy the waters and sometimes even allow the molestation to continue.
