I can't get this video to load, but it's entitled "kidnapped mother alive?" and it's in the section of "watch free video" on the right hand side of the cnn.com screen.

Can anyone else open it? Is it LaToyia?

I can't get it either. However, it is not Latoyia. The caption indicates that it is a woman who has been kidnapped and has a son.

Could it be Bertha Anguiano? It kind of looks like her.

The video is about a woman named Yaeko Taguchi.

edited to add:

Wow, so I looked her up and she's Japanese and was abducted, along with many others, in North Korea before 1987.
