A Tennessee Valley son is still searching for answers four years after his elderly father was killed in his own home. Now, Tuscumbia Police say they're getting new leads on the capital murder case.
Davis' son, Farley, says that if his father was still alive, he'd probably tell him to move on and forget about the case. But Farley can't forget the night four years ago when he found out he'd never get to speak to his father again.
Ever since Elbert Davis' life was cut short, Tuscumbia Police have stayed on the case. Captain Stuart Setliff says the department still receives tips off and on, with one even coming in Wednesday morning. He also tells me police are trying to re-interview two people they believe didn't fully cooperate with the investigation.
