Billy Huckeby, 46, of Palm Harbor smoked Marlboros and looked toward the red-and-white trailer where he said his 25-year-old son Justin Huckeby had been living. He said he wished the Sheriff's Office would give him more information about the victims inside the home, who he suspected include his son...

"I bought him his first guitar when he was 14," he said. Justin played in a rock band called Psychotic Liberty with another resident of the house, Shane Newland, who friends said is in his early 40's. A girlfriend of one of the men lived there, too, Huckeby said.

Newland's friend Tracy Adkins, 46, of Hudson said he is funny and loving. She said if there were drugs in the home, they were kept confidential.

The Pasco County Sheriff's Office on Tuesday positively identified the last of three victims found dead from gunshot wounds inside a New Port Richey home early Monday morning.

The final victim was identified as Louis Wayne Lunsford, age 44. The identities of Justin Huckeby, 25, and Shane Newland, 42, were released Monday evening.

The identity of a fourth victim, who was also shot and escaped the Moon Lake home after the suspects fled the scene, will not be released, according to the PCSO. The victim is expected to recover from her wounds. The woman's identity is being withheld because she is a witness and to ensure her safety while the suspects are at large.

The blue sport utility vehicle was discovered in front of the Weeki Wachee Marina, near Shoal Line Boulevard and Hush Puppy Lane, by a worker at the marina, said Michael Terry, a spokesman for the Hernando County Sheriff’s Office...

It was unclear how long the Explorer had been parked in the area, which is crisscrossed by canals and small waterways, and surrounded by thick woods.

Pasco County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Eddie Daniels said the vehicle was being towed Wednesday afternoon to Pasco, where it would be scoured for clues by the sheriff’s forensics workers. Daniels said the vehicle did not appear to have been wrecked, although there was plastic covering the back window.

I just heard on the radio this morning that the suspects were caught. I sure hope so.

Pasco sheriff’s Capt. Jeff Peake said a man who was with the pair, and owns the 2008 Honda Accord they were in, was taken into custody on a charge of driving without a license. He was identified as John Blunt, 33, address unavailable.

Peake said detectives are trying to determine whether he knowingly was aiding the pair’s flight from the law. If so, Peake said, Blunt could face additional charges.
