A 62-year-old retired technical college teacher was found guilty Tuesday of grabbing an airport screener’s breasts after she said she was touched inappropriately during a routine screening in September at the Outagamie County Regional Airport.

. . .
In testimony Monday, Gostisha said Dintenfass set off the security detector and was asked to remove any metal objects. Dintenfass said her hairpins and combs were setting off the alarm, Gostisha said.

Dintenfass was then directed to the secondary screening area where Gostisha used a wand to detect metal objects. If the wand alarmed in a sensitive area, Gostisha said she would use the back of her hand for a physical pat-down search.

Gostisha checked Dintenfass’ torso area, and used the back of her hand to check the area under Dintenfass’ breasts when Dintenfass lashed out. She grabbed Gostisha’s breasts repeatedly and said, “How would you like it if I did that to you?” Gostisha said.
