It's easy to see from the video at the link why Jonathan Schwochert and Charlotte Xiong, won the UK Wife Carrying competition as she's quite light. They're originally from Milwaukee though, so perhaps the UK and Wisconsin should twin or something, so they can both share the glory if the couple win the World Championships, for which they're now qualified.

It's also easy to see why they beat some of the other competitors, who didn't seem to be taking the competition too seriously...
