The white paint splatters on the shoes make me think this guy picked up day labor job for painting. Also he might have been friendly with people who worked at the nearby nightclub- believe it or not local homeless sometimes act as a "neighborhood watch" of sorts. Hope he gets IDed soon.

I agree, the shoes look like they have been used for either painting or dry wall work. Also he had the work pants with him, hopefully another indication that he most likely held some sort of job recently.

The circumstances and location are an extremely long shot as he was last seen suffering from chest pains in AZ, but his name is Leonardo and the age and height match. Both have dentals in Namus so I guess it's not a match.

Arizona Leonardo is reported as having a "big birthmark on his left buttock, big scar on his head."

Since Pennsylvania "Leo" was found soon after death, such Distinguishing Characteristics should be apparent.

Coming up to 5 years unidentified.

Perhaps the paint specked clothing items were from odd jobs rather than regular employment. Or even donations/scavenged. Namus says Leo was found by a friend that collected/sold cans with him. It sounds like he may have been living a difficult existence.
