A former Spring teacher accused of fatally shooting her estranged husband was frantic when she called her younger sister for help on the night of his death, jurors learned Wednesday.
Jenny Harvey Eisenman, 27, who is charged with murder in the slaying of Westfield High School coach Andrew "Drew" Eisenman, told her sister she had "a plan," testimony revealed. Eisenman also said she wished she could make it appear her husband died in an accident, even though he had been shot six times, jurors were told.
"She said she wished (his) truck could look like an accident, and she would not be blamed," Eisenman's sister, Carrie Harvey, 24, testified Wednesday.
The Eisenmans were in the midst of a divorce when Drew Eisenman was shot at his estranged wife's Spring apartment on the night of May 27, 2004.
