NEWARK A city man is facing at least 15 years in prison after pleading guilty to producing child *advertiser censored* depicting a young girl he is also accused of kidnapping and sexually abusing, authorities said.
Pedro Rios, 59, entered the pleas on five counts of sexual exploitation of a child and a single count of child *advertiser censored* possession during an appearance in Newark federal court today, U.S. Attorney Paul Fishman said in a statement.
