Still not enough to what he did to that poor girl but I'll take it. I found these items interesting:

Judge Allen sided with Bosse, who declined to comment on the case or Allen’s sentence. She listed 12 crimes Hadsell has been convicted of, which forced him to spend eight years behind bars. Then she noted 16 other times he’d been arrested over the last two decades on charges ranging from arson, rape, obstructing justice and maiming or killing an animal. She noted he wasn’t convicted in those because charges were dropped, dismissed or he was found not guilty.

I don't recall that in all the digging we all did on him. Anyone else?

Hadsell pleaded guilty to the ammunition charge in November 2015 and faces a state charge related to heroin found in his hotel room the following September. Police found it because Hadsell suggested his sister find and get rid of it during a jail phone call. His attorney argued the drugs were found months later in a police search after roughly 20 people had rented the room.

Hmm... I guess the sister did have some curious things to share, after all.

The trial for a former Delaware County man charged with a 12-year-old rape offense has been vacated after an appeal was filedin the case.

Wesley Paul Hadsell, 39, had been scheduled to stand trial on Jan. 23 to face two counts of rape, which are first-degree felonies; a charge of kidnapping, also a first-degree felony; and a charge of felonious assault, a second-degree felony. The trial was vacated after Hadsell’s defense attorney, Brian G. Jones, filed an appeal with the Fifth District Court of Appeals, asking them to overturn a earlier ruling in the case.

The other day my 19 yr old asked me when spring break is for her younger siblings and I immediately thought of our girl, AJ. She never did get real justice but I hope someday she will.

A new trial is scheduled for June 5 for WH, charged with a 12-year-old rape offense after his most recent appeal was dismissed by the Fifth District Court of Appeals.

Hadsell is being held in the Delaware County Jail awaiting his trial. He has also been sentenced to 20 years in prison in Virginia on federal ammunition charges.
