The son of Republican Presidential hopeful Senator Rand Paul, had a third brush with the law involving alcohol, last weekend.
22-year-old William Hilton Paul was cited after crashing a vehicle in Lexington, Kentucky and refusing a blood test. The police report says he was 'belligerent' with 'slurred speech and bloodshot eyes'.
William Paul was previously cited for possession of alcohol by a minor in 2013, and in the same year charged with simple assault of an air steward at a NC airport. Those charges were later dismissed after he attended an alcohol education program and carried out community service.
