Mugshot for probation violation from two weeks ago.

Wonder if that plays a role?

Looks like she's been arrested at least three times - I sort of hope you're right as if she's taken off to avoid prison that at least means she's gone under her own steam

I hope they've checked well off the roads she'd have been using had she really headed to where they believed she was going (and never arrived - unless the person there is lying to LE and her family)

Dozens of family and friends gathered at Leland's Town Hall Park Tuesday night to honor a missing woman from Brunswick County.

Alicia Deans was last seen on April 28, believed to be heading to Columbus County to see a friend.

"She was excited, going to see her ex-boyfriend and thought they were going to work things out," Sheila Deans, Alicia's mother, said.

Deans is described as a white female, 5'7" and around 160 pounds. She has blue eyes and brown hair she recently dyed black. Officials say Deans is believed to be driving a green, four-door, 2005 Ford Taurus with NC Plate CLS5844.

The pain of not knowing what has happened to their daughter has haunted Alicia's parents the past couple of weeks.

"When people go through this you know, you feel sorry for them, but when you're in this position...you can't sleep, you cant eat, you cant think," Sheila Deans said. "The scenarios that go through your mind are awful."

ah no.. I'm not generally an optimist but I was really hoping that she was hiding out from a warrant. Hopefully LE already have a good idea who is responsible. RIP Alicia.

One of her tattoos described in a link above was,"Alicia and Elisha Forever." Alicia is deceased and Elisha's been locked up for a probation violation since May 6. Just sayin'.
