Cops are eying a baby-sitter - who once did time for manslaughter - in the brutal killing of a 2-year-old Staten Island girl, police said yesterday.
Julius Butler, 32, who is on parole for a 1991 slaying in the Bronx, was watching his girlfriend's daughter, Aniesa Wood, when the tot died July 23, police said.

The child suffered blunt trauma to the abdomen, contusions to the bowels and other injuries, according to the city medical examiner's office.
Just when I think that I have seen the most depraved things a human can do to another human, somebody posts a new story...........

Why is it that when a custodial parent fails to provide for a child it is called neglect and is a criminal matter. But when a non custodial parent fails to provide it is called failure to support and is a civil matter?
