A homicide victim discovered in October of 1990 has been identified as Rosemma Mendenhall. Her page will probably be taken down soon but here is her Charley Project information. Other sites also have her last date seen as August 1, 1993 while she was reported missing in 1998. The article says she was last seen sometime in June of 1990.

A Tehama County homicide victim from a 1990 cold case has been identified as Rosemma Mendenhall, 45, of Eureka.
Detectives found the human remains and they were identified as female. The woman's remains were decomposed and mummified due to exposure to the elements, explained the Sheriff's Office.
The victim was clothed; however, no identification was located. An autopsy was performed and apparent stab wounds were located on the front and back of the victim’s torso.
