Thai-British actress Anna Reese, best known for her role in Brown Sugar 2, has been charged with causing death by reckless driving in Thailand after hitting a parked police car. The officer inside died instantly. The actress stayed at the scene but was too traumatized to answer police questions, she said.
It's not known if she was tested for drugs or alcohol. Reese has stated she is willing to compensate the victim's family. A video of Reese at the scene of the accident is at the link.
