A Charlotte County, Florida deputy fishing in the Gulf of Mexico on his day off landed a big 'un. Only it came in the shape of a package of 25 bricks of cocaine weighing 50 pounds, and worth around $12 million.
The Sheriff's Office is now investigating who left the package - found 25 miles off Engelwood Beach - and who was supposed to pick it up. For safety reasons, the deputy's name hasn't been released.
