After 20 years, caged bears get first taste of freedom

Bears Fifi, Bruno, Pocahontas and Marsha were forced to perform tricks at a decrepit roadside zoo, Big Bear Farm in Honesdale, Pennsylvania, as cubs. Even worse, when the zoo shut down they were kept in bare, rusted, concrete-floored cages without shade for 20 years after the zoo shut down.

Then along came Pat Craig, founder of Colorado's The Wild Animal Sanctuary, and the animal welfare organization PETA. It was a long, long drive from PA to Colorado but if this news has made your heart sink, clink on this link to see a video that will make it soar.
