It is unknown what she was last wearing. She is a 5'7", 110 lb., white female with hazel eyes and brown hair.

Looks like she has a loving family worried sick about her - her sisters are active on Facebook seeking info. Rumor but it seems she was picked up by someone -no mention of from where, or any other details.

the pic of her included in the article in the first post has her not looking as fresh faced as the other pix. I hope she is ok and didn't get herself into some shizz. then again maybe she simply absconded.

Wow this girl has had a tragic past!

I noticed a lot of comments about the family having had a lot of anguish the past many years.

Then I noticed it was one of her sisters that filed the MP report and they're all posting contact info for other sisters and there no mention of her parents.

Her mother was killed by her step-father (nearly certain it was step-father not father), who was a Kentucky Sheriff's Deputy, in 2007!

Whitney's mother's obit http://articles.centralkynews.com/2..._1_varsity-basketball-team-tammy-arrangements (Scroll down to Pamela's obituary and it lists Whitney as her daughter and the names of the sisters all match the ones who have reported her missing and been posting)

So Whitney was 16 or so at the time her mom was killed.

He plead guilty for the murder in 2010 and was sentenced to 20 years in 2011, a few months before Whitney's drug arrest. The ruling was upheld by the Kentucky Supreme Court in 2012.

However, he filed an appeal about ineffective counsel and not having been told he could have a defense of EED (Extreme Emotional Disturbance) in 2014 and thus only possibly guilty of manslaughter, which would have been different charges than the murder charges he was facing initially.

September 11, 2015 (so two weeks before Whitney was last seen) the courts ruled he must be granted a new trial in her mom's murder.

Court ruling from 9/11/2015 (gives some details about what led up to the murder and of the day of the murder also) http://opinions.kycourts.net/coa/2014-CA-001810.pdf

I read the appeal.

when I worked at county, we got an arrestee. he had ZERO criminal history and had been the local animal control officer for years. he was married and had three young sons.

his wife kicked him out so he moved into their rental property around the corner. every day as he drove home, he saw his wife's bf's truck parked outside his house. after about a week of this, he had enough. he stopped, knocked on the door, pulled his wife out and locked himself inside and killed the wife's bf.

he was convicted of manslaughter under emotional duress and got 6-10 years.

Kentucky State Police search for missing Russell County woman
Lisa Copley Kerr says her sister said she was going “out” last week and that was last time anyone saw her.

Family members say Whitney has been known to leave without telling anyone where she went. They say she has never been gone this long before.

"We are just worried that she hasn't had the chance to get somewhere where she can contact us or maybe something happened where she can't contact us,” said Sarah Copley, Whitney’s sister.

I really hope that this is voluntary and she just needs to get away for a little while, especially since she has a history of disappearing.
I wish we had some more information on the circumstances of her disappearance. Come home safe, Whitney!

Her sisters are devastated that there's still no word on Whitney.

And it appear that the sister who basically became 'mom' to Whitney and the youngest sister after their mom was killed is actually raising a little girl that's actually Whitney's daughter.

The sisters also said that today LE gave them permission to start doing volunteer searches on foot by anyone who is trained in S&R, and they may shortly allow anyone to search.
