Indiana State Police say a man whod been stopped for speeding tried to distract a drug-sniffing dog by throwing dog biscuits out of his car.
However, the dog still indicated the possible presence of illegal drugs in Kims car. Police wound up finding about 75 grams of marijuana hidden in the vehicle.
