This made me cry and smile. This amazing young Georgia trooper wanted to try and save a bit of Halloween for four kids after both their parents were killed in a car accident. He took them out to dinner and a sleepover at the barracks instead of turning them over to state care while grandma made her way there from Florida.
Then he started a modest to help with funeral costs, and it's gone viral.
