Charles Taylor was laying on his couch in his home and was brutally stabbed 31 times and suffered blunt force trauma to the head, he was murdered by his daughter in law Amanda Taylor and her friend Sean Ball.
Amanda Taylor will spend the rest of her life in prison after a jury found her guilty of first-degree murder. The trial, which was expected to take two days, opened Thursday with a Montgomery County prosecutor telling the jury that Amanda Taylor “deliberately and brutally stabbed” her former father-in-law, Charles Taylor, 31 times with a bayonet-shaped knife.
Her and her accomplice Sean Ball whose trial will be in December were arrested in the case. Amanda proudly posted on FB and Instagram her photos and pictures and admission to the crime. Posting at one point that Sean was dead. She had shot him on the Blue Ridge Parkway near North Carolina. Sean was found and taken to a hospital in North Carolina and was in critical condition.
Later at a hearing she previously had contacted a friend and asked her to finish killing Sean. That friend reported that she turned that information over to the police. Amanda is fascinated with serial killers and communicated with them often. She tried to get other so called friends to do the finishing of Sean.
Yesterday they found her guilty of murder and gave her life in prison. The case is quite interesting and appalling that someone would do such a crime. Just goes to show you there are some really sick people out there.
