BUTLER COUNTY, Ohio -- A 2-year-old girl who Butler County law enforcement officials allege was beaten to death suffered "contusions across her head and body, subdural hemorrhage, cerebral edema and diffused bilateral retinal hemorrhages, which ultimately caused her death," according to documents obtained Wednesday by the Journal-News.

Kinsley Kinner, of Madison Township, died Dec. 3 at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center.

Reading this information just made me so very angry! All the details of how she was abused & mistreated are so sickening.

Disgusting. How does a mother allow someone to do that to their child?! I have a two year old and if anyone laid a hand on him...yeah...they would be in severe pain.

According to Kinsley’s father, Scott Senft, the baby boy is also his, not Young's.

Kinner and her boyfriend, Bradley Young, 26, were back in Butler County Common Pleas Court today for a pre-trial hearing, which set trials for both.

Kinner’s trial date is set for April 4, while Young’s is set for April 25.

HAMILTON, Ohio -- Jurors in the trial of Bradley Young, the Madison Twp. man accused of beating and killing 2-year-old Kinsley Kinner, will visit the Radabaugh Road residence where investigators said the crime happened.

The jury view will occur soon after the trial begins April 25.

Defense attorneys Frank Schiavone III and Frank Schiavone IV requested that the jury physically visit the scene rather than rely on photos taken by investigators. The defense team said the jurors need to see for themselves the proximity of the rooms in the house as well as the garage.

Spaeth also ruled the defense could have any statement given by co-defendant Rebekah Kinner, Kinsley’s mother, about the case. She pleaded guilty earlier this month to involuntary manslaughter and two other felonies for not stopping Young’s alleged abuse of her toddler and not seeking medical help after.

Kinner, who faces 25 years in prison, is the key witness in the case against Young. After her plea, a forensic evaluation was ordered in preparation of her sentencing on May 5. Young’s defense team wants access to any statements Kinner makes as part of that evaluation.

The Schiavones say Kinner’s seven statements so far are inconsistent.

The man found guilty of murdering two-year-old Kinsley Kinner in Butler County has appealed his conviction, but the court revealed this week the appeal has been denied.

Kinsley's relatives are still suffering severe pain and heartbreak while they try to cope with the tragic loss.

"If you see another little baby or somebody who has red hair like she did, it just all comes back," said Terri Senft, Kinsley's great-grandmother. "We'll always have her in our heart, and we'll always remember her."
