By hook or by crook, we're whittling them down....

this man was hit by a car in florida in april 1986.

it may just be the beard but i see a lot of resemblance.

There seems to be quite a bit that fits with these two cases. The age, the looks, the dates between missing and accident. Perhaps even the clothes or layers of clothes he was wearing including mis-matching socks and him being on a bicycle. There was mention of him being on medication for mental illness. Destination also a good option as he said he was going on vacation and many people would associate Florida with a vacation destination. Well done devertere, high possibility between these two!
