"A southwest Missouri woman has pleaded guilty to hiring someone to kill her sister. In a plea entered Monday, Leta Faye Douglas, of Houston, [MO, not TX] admitted she agreed to pay another person $2,000 to kill her sister."
The 52 y/o woman contacted a person who, surprise?!?!, was an undercover MO St Hwy Patrol. At their in-person meeting at Walmart parking lot, she gave him pic of sister, map of home and $2000 in cash.
".... said Douglas' parents were in a home for the elderly and her sister was in charge of their finances. He [ex-husband] believed she wanted access to her parents' estate."

Glad that ex-husband contacted LE, to prevent killing. This woman's greed? Sad, sad, sad.
