A 15-year-old girl was charged Monday in the deaths of her mother and her mother's boyfriend whose decomposing bodies were found in a Brooklyn apartment, police said.

The victims were identified as Rosie Sanchez, 38, and her live-in boyfriend Anderson Nunez, 40, police said.

A 15-year-old girl has been arrested on suspicion of killing her mother and boyfriend after allegedly being raped by the older man, police have said.

Who knows the true story ? Pretty easy to say this after they're dead. and that part about the friend killing the boyfriend-- was this maybe an argument over money or something else entirely ?
A parent should always get to the bottom of things if their child comes to them with a concern.... now we'll probably never know what really happened.
Hope they have good investigators talking to this pair.

SHEEPSHEAD BAY, Brooklyn (WABC) --

Police have charged a 15-year-old Brooklyn girl with the murders of her mother and mother's boyfriend, saying she left the bodies in their Sheepshead Bay apartment for days and even went out partying one night.

Destiny Garcia has been charged as an adult with two counts of second degree murder and two counts of criminal possession of weapon. Detectives said she confessed to the murders during questioning.

Police identified the victims Monday as 38-year-old Rosie Sanchez and her boyfriend 40-year-old Anderson Nunez.

The two were found at about 6:30 p.m. inside their apartment on Batchelder Street in the Sheepshead Bay Houses. Police said their bodies had been been in the apartment since last Sunday, December 27, and that Garcia lived in the apartment with them.

This was a very brutal crime- after one of the victims was shot, he fought back, and then the boyfriend stepped in and shot him. The girl then began stabbing him, and the boyfriend joined in (according to her).
