Richard DeWall Jr., 41, was last seen around 6 p.m. in the 500 block of Howard Street. He was wearing work pants, tan work boots and a khaki green hooded jacket with orange pockets.

He is described as 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing approximately 210 pounds. DeWall has green eyes and an eight-ball tattoo on his left forearm.

This is my husbands cousin. His family is frantic. He missed his sons birthday two days ago. Left his cell phone and wallet at home. The last call he made was to a Ray Carrington. Then Ray called Rich' s mom a few days ago pretending to be someone else looking for Rich.
