The Mountain View Police Department executed an arrest warrant on Gregory Charles Brewer on 4-16-16 for the charges of Felony Terroristic Threatening (3 Counts) his bond was set at $250,000.00. This arrest warrant was not directly related to the disappearance of Linda Brewer. At this time Linda Brewer is still considered a missing person.

The Mountain View Police Department in Arkansas is currently seeking any information regarding Linda D Brewer age 43. Linda is a white female approximately 5’1” 124 lbs. Linda has blonde hair and green eyes and her skin complexion is light. Linda was last seen on February 28th, 2016 at a residence on Sarah Lane in Mountain View. She was reported missing to the Mountain View Police on April 14th, 2016. Any and all information would be appreciated. If you have any information you can contact Investigator Jeremy Beaudin or Chief Bobby Day at the Mountain View Police Department at 1-870-269-4211. Phone calls are forwarded to the Sheriff’s Office after hours.

Details of Disappearance
Linda was last seen at a residence on Sarah Lane in Mountain View, Arkansas on February 28, 2016. She has never been heard from again. She left her keys, purse, phone and car behind at home, and never picked up from her last paycheck from the Stone County Health Department, where she was a home health aide. She wasn't reported missing until April 14, six weeks later.

Gregory Charles Brewer, Linda's husband, was arrested in mid-April 2016 for three counts of making terroristic threats and two counts of possession of child *advertiser censored*. His brother's wife told police he had threatened to kill her husband and family, and a search of the home turned up sexual materials involving children. The couple's teenage daughter was placed in foster care.

Police stated the charges against Gregory aren't related to his wife's disappearance. It remains unsolved.

Monday Night Mystery is continuing to look into Arkansas cold cases by diving into the disappearance of Linda Brewer, a woman who seems to have vanished into thin air.

Brewer was 43 years old when she was last seen on February 28, 2016, at her home on Sarah Lane. She was reported missing on April 14, 2016.

Brewer disappeared from her home without her keys, her purse, a phone or a car. She never even picked up her last paycheck from the Stone County Health Department where she had worked as a home health aide.

The Mountain View Police Department confirmed Monday afternoon that Brewer’s husband, Gregory Brewer, was a person of interest but died from a heart attack a few years ago.
 
Five years later, case of missing Mountain View woman still active

The case of a Mountain View woman who has been missing for over five years is still active, according to Mountain View Police Chief George Bethel.

Thursday was the 48th birthday of Linda D. Brewer. Brewer went missing from Mountain View on Feb. 28, 2016, and her case has been an active one since April of that year when the Mountain View Police Department declared Brewer as a “missing person.”

Chief Bethel said since Brewer’s disappearance, there has been a lot of technological advancement in the way law enforcement can search for a person.

“The technology that is available to us now is helping us out a lot with cell phone forensics and computer forensics and stuff that wasn’t available to the MVPD at that time,” Bethel told White River Now’s Gary Bridgman. “But we’ve reached out and got the assistance of a major metropolitan police department that has a cold case unit, and we’ve been working with them, sharing our information with them, and seeing if there’s something that we might’ve missed that they can pick up on.”
