Austin Tx has a problem.

AUSTIN (KXAN) — Eight attacks in the span of five months. While the Austin Police Department has not released a sketch of the man they believe is connected to the sexual assault cases in north and northwest Austin, there is a commonality among all the cases. Here’s what you should know about the suspect(s) and how he is operating.

He seems pretty unsuccessful many a time. Hope he does not escalate.

Here's hoping he's caught asap. N ladies. How about carrying a siren type of key fob. Or like a horn they use at football matches. In the UK we have a key fob. That Emirates a shrill squawking sound. Just have it in yr hands from yr apartment to yr car or main Street. If it's already in yr hand it's there to use. Stay safe ladies !

Northwest Austin is a very nice part of town. I cannot understand how this has gone on so long. He seems to attack a lot in the daytime.

"Here are the details APD has released in relation to each specific crime including sexual assaults, attempted sexual assaults and aggravated robbery":

Dec. 27, 2015 at around 6 p.m.
Jan. 17 at around 6:30 a.m.
Jan. 18 at around 9 p.m.
Jan. 23 at around 5:40 p.m.
Feb. 6 along Jollyville Road near Duval Road at 3:30 p.m.
Feb. 8 along Santa Cruz Drive, around 9:30 p.m.
Feb. 12 at the 6600 block of Millrace Drive at around 12:15 p.m.
April 17 around 11:50 a.m. on Taylor Draper Lane
