Oh this is sad... she was Not an unidentified when she was buried and then after the storm she became one!

There was more than one cemetery destroyed by the hurricane-related flooding. The water rushing down the narrow valleys were like pressure hoses. Most of the remains were able to be identified and returned to the right area. I remember reading articles at the time about how there was one spot where a dozen or more bodies washed up.
 
But if they are skeletons of people from the cemetery, it will be impossible to know who they are since the water has devastated everything, unless they are really two unknown UIDs that are not part of the cemetery.

I wonder if they're considering family DNA. That would be about the only way to make a connection.
