Becuz it's a recycling plant the Garda (police) are hoping that there maybe a link from mail amongst where the baby was found.
Oh no...
At this stage it's too early to say if it was a stillbirth. Or was murdered. Only time can tell once the Coroner has taken charge. ):

Why does the thread title say UK? This happened in the Republic of Ireland.
Apparently the post mortem report says no signs of homicide, so most likely a still birth. Appeals have been put out to trace the mother. Lord knows what kind of a sad story is behind this.
