Case History
Found near the tide line on the beach at the north end of Brigantine, New Jersey.

Is there even any guesses as to how old these remains could be?
There are no rule outs listed, yet so many potential matches, depending on the TOD.

The only news that I can find is about a possible male skull found in Brigantine that year. http://z10.invisionfree.com/usedtobedoe/index.php?showtopic=15392

Even though it's outside of the timeline, I wonder if they tested this skull to see if it's Anne Fahey.

If you read the stuff, it seems to be in the wrong section. All the articles about it in there consistently mention that it's an adult female skull, and they already tested against Anne Fahey (stated further down)

"There's an update on a mysterious human skull found on a sandbar in North Wildwood this week.

Investigators were checking it against the dental records of Anne Marie Fahey, the victim in a notorious murder case.

Late Thursday afternoon, investigators determined it is not Fahey's skull."

edit: And then it says it's male further down, so maybe you're right? I'm so incredibly confused...

Must just be a body part. I can't find any reports in the news about it at all. That skull was found later in the year, I guess.

Been over a year, so I thought I'd bump this up.
Not much case information to go on, but at least there's DNA.
