The Jefferson County Medical Examiner's Office is reaching out to the public in hopes of finding the family of a woman whose remains were found in Birmingham on April 28, 2016. CSX Railroad employees discovered the body in a small creek that ran parallel to two set of railroad tracks near the 3300 block Reverend Abraham Woods Jr. Boulevard, a commercial-industrial area of the city.

Yates said the body is that of an adult, white female who was about 5-feet, 8 ½ -inches tall and weighed about 190 to 200 pounds at the time of her death. She had straight, dark hair but her eye color is unknown because of the decomposition. There were very few teeth present...

Authorities found multiple pieces of orthopedic hardware in the front section of the woman's skull, which Yates said indicated she had some type of brain surgery (frontal craniotomy) in the past. A healed "C-section" type of scar was on her lower abdomen...

The woman was wearing blue jeans, pink tennis shoes and a blue, short sleeve shirt with an Auburn University logo on the front. The name "Leann" was possibly written on the tag in the neck of the shirt.

Menus for Bojangles, Pizza Hut, and Magic Wok were found in the pockets of the jeans...

Yates said the woman had on green Hanes brand underwear with the initials "LS" written in the waistband. She was also wearing an adult diaper.

Leanne S.

I have a friend named Leanne S age 40 but she is alive and well. In Sacramento.

Leonor Sellers?

L.S. Initials. "Leonor" is pretty close to "Leanne". Height is about right. Weight is about right.

Not sure why she would be in Alabama from Missoula Montana though. And there is no mention of the physical issues (craniotomy or continence problems)

I think this lady is missing from a supported living situation. Workers at the restaurants might remember her in their facilities, or remember delivery to her group home.

She likely has a guardian/conservator.

(I don't wanna think that family members 'lost' Leann and haven't reported her missing, easier to think that overworked staff might have....)
