Horrible. Prayers for this woman and her family.
 
So, was she already dead, or was she murdered? She was weighed down by a cinder block. Which most people know that won't keep you down long.

Not sure if it has anything to do with this case, but there's a 44 yo black female missing from NJ, last possible location in Pottstown area (which is close to this location). Her name is Lorraine Muse, missing from May 17th. My thoughts were maybe the L.C. on the tattoo could be her previous initials (C for her maiden name?) and maybe the condition of the body could account for the age estimation difference? Can't find a good description of this woman though to see if height/weight are close to the estimated one of the body. Bridgeton PD has pics of her, but no jewelry is showing on the pictures.

Lorraine looked a bit heavier to me but I didn't see how old the pics were.

I was trying to see if she had been married (initials with a C, or had a child born Aug 13, or in 2013, or something like that) but I couldn't find anything.

She was real close to this area per Google maps. The infinity looking symbol on the bottom of the C made me wonder if it was a tat for a child.

If she died of an overdose, say from a bad batch of heroin, would the specific drug be something that would be able to be "traced?"
