Marianne Vangalio, 68, left her Prescott home on Dec. 14, 2014, and hasn't been heard from since, police said in a statement Thursday.

Vangalio has not used her bank account and has not reported any income. She was driving her 2008 gray Subaru Forester, Arizona license number l 99ZPV. Her roommate of many years indicated Vangalio had used her ATM card on the same day she went missing to purchase gasoline and snacks at a local area Prescott gas station but there have been no transactions on her card since that date.

It doesn't say specifically, but by LE releasing the make/model of her car along with the license number, I'm thinking her car must still be missing too.

On Facebook I put Marianne's name in the search bar and came up with 5 results of posts about her. The 4th post is interesting to me and may be to some others. I was unable to find any other information on what Marianne does for a living or as her volunteer work and would love to know if anyone comes across something else.

"Marianne Vangalio has a vision. When she sleeps in the forest with the homeless teens she has befriended, Vangalio dreams of a place where they can all be safe."

Snipped By Me...

"That location is on the Sheriff's Posse Trail off the Copper Basin in the wilderness."

This is an OLD article from 2008. I haven't researched if that shelter she dreamed about was built.

The article mentions that "Every year, Vangalio does a "Dollar Run for Homeless Teens." "

Another article about her and homeless teens from 2007:

A letter from Marianne about the Homeless Teen Shelter "Wilderness Rock."

Her sister passed away the month previous to Marianne going missing.

I am wondering if Marianne planned an impromptu trip to New York?

IMOO.
