A Perth teenager allegedly murdered whilst meeting up with people he encountered on a gaming website was found buried in a shallow grave under a newly-laid concrete slab, police have said.

Aaron Pajich, who had Asperger's syndrome, was last seen about 9.30am on Monday last week at the Rockingham City Shopping Centre taxi rank where he was due to meet a woman, and a man only known as Daniel.

The heartbreaking words from Aaron’s parents, Keith Sweetman and Sharon Pajich, come after two women were charged with the 18-year-old’s murder.

The women, aged 42 and 25, are due to face Perth Magistrates Court on Thursday...

Detective Senior Sergeant Dave Gorton, of Major Crime, told media on Wednesday that one of the women charged studied at the same educational facility in Kwinana as the 18-year-old.

Perth teen Aaron Pajich murdered so woman could feel 'euphoria' of killing: court told

‘A 43-year-old woman lured a teenager with autism to a suburban Perth house so her 26-year-old friend, who had written a book about a serial killer, could feel the "euphoria and exhilaration" of murdering someone, WA's Supreme Court has been told.

The allegation was made at the start of the trial of Trudi Lenon and Jemma Lilley, who are accused of murdering 18-year-old Aaron Pajich in June last year.

The teenager's body was found in the backyard of Lilley's Orelia home, wrapped in a tarpaulin and buried under tiles and a slab of concrete, in what was described by prosecutor James Mactaggart as an "amateurish attempt" to conceal the crime.

His face was covered in cling film.

In an opening address to the court, Mr Mactaggart said the teenager studied at a local college with Lenon and was also a friend of one of her three children.

He alleged the two "brutally and violently" murdered Mr Pajich after the friendship between the two of them took on "sinister tones".’

‘The trial is set down for five weeks.’

This is one case that really blows my mind...for a few reasons...
I used to live nearby and remember her from the shopping centre.
That someone could have those thoughts/intentions and have another to back them in this 'fantasy'!
The conversations with fellow staff...OMG...just can't fathom that!
One thing that I do take from this case...As far as sleuthing goes...sometimes there is no rhyme..reason or logic to crimes/murder.

The 13-year-old boy detailed the events in an interview with police recorded about two weeks after his mother, Trudi Lenon, and the woman they were living with, Jemma Lilley, allegedly lured Mr Pajich to their Orelia home in June last year and fatally stabbed him.’

Aaron Pajich murder-accused tiled backyard where body found 'to create relaxing area'

‘An accused murderer told police she tiled a section of her backyard where the body of 18-year-old Aaron Pajich was found because she wanted to create a "nice" area for her co-accused and her children.’

‘Ms Lilley said Ms Lenon wanted a patio area that "looked nice" with a vegetable garden so she had something to do with her children.

Ms Lenon had "pushed" her to do it because "she wanted it all ready so we could sit in the area".

When police first arrived at the house, before Mr Pajich's body was found, Ms Lilley had drawn their attention to the area, saying she wanted to provide an area for Ms Lenon and her children to relax, the court heard.’

‘One of two women accused of murdering an autistic teenager admitted to police she was "groomed" by a would-be "leader of a murder cult" to "deliver" him to their home, so she could kill him, a Perth court has heard.

The admission was made in a police interview by Trudi Lenon, 43, who along with Jemma Lilley, 26, is on trial in the Perth Supreme Court accused of murdering 18-year-old Aaron Pajich at their Oreila home in June last year.

The video recorded interview was played to the court today, and after initially giving police a different version of events, Ms Lenon told them she was present when Ms Lilley "came up behind" Mr Pajich and attacked him.

Ms Lenon said the teenager was sitting talking to her about video games, when "she [Ms Lilley] came up behind him" and tried to put "some wire thing, like a garotte" around him, but it snapped.

Ms Lenon said she walked out of the room and when she returned she saw Ms Lilley "on top of him, with a knife".

"I walked out again and some time later she [Ms Lilley] came out. I said what did you do and she said he's dead."’

‘A woman on trial for the murder of Perth teenager Aaron Pajich was talking about a "fictitious fantasy world" when she messaged her co-accused about a "first kill" not being a long one, but with "some torture", a court has been told.

In her third video recorded interview with police, played to WA's Supreme Court today, Trudi Lenon maintained the messages were conversations about a book she and her co-accused Jemma Lilley were going to write.

The court has been told the last messages police were able to extract from Ms Lilley's phone were alleged to have been exchanged in May last year, 13 days before the teenager was believed to have been lured to the women's Orelia home and fatally stabbed.

The final message, alleged to be from Ms Lilley, talked about her being "unable to rest until the blood or flesh of [a] screaming, pleading victim is gushing onto the floor", "until all the streets are stained red" and "the fear in the back of everyone's mind ... is SOS."’

‘One of two women on trial for the murder of Aaron Pajich said the last time she saw the teenager alive he was sitting on a couch with her co-accused, who told her she was going to train him in BDSM.

Jemma Victoria Lilley, 26, and Trudi Clare Lenon, 43, are on trial accused of luring the 18-year-old to their Orelia home in June last year, fatally stabbing him and burying his body under tiles and concrete in the backyard.

Ms Lilley denies having anything to do with his death, and on Tuesday told the WA Supreme Court she had never met or heard of Mr Pajich until the day Ms Lenon brought him back to their home.

She said Ms Lenon had told her earlier she might bring a friend to the house who wanted to be "trained up" in BDSM, and later mentioned Mr Pajich saying she knew him from college, that he was in his mid 20s and that he was was into S and M.’

‘A woman accused of murdering Aaron Pajich said she ate a steak dinner, smoked cannabis and watched Game of Thrones, just hours after — unbeknown to her — the teenager was fatally stabbed in her Orelia home.

Jemma Lilley, 26, and her co-accused Trudi Lenon, 43, are being tried for Mr Pajich's murder in June last year.

While on the stand for a second day, Ms Lilley testified she last saw the teenager alive during the day, sitting on a couch in her home with Ms Lenon, who had told her she was going to "train him up" in BDSM.

Ms Lilley said she had then gone to a bedroom in the house to watch season seven of The Simpsons but fell asleep and was woken hours later by Ms Lenon who told her Mr Pajich had left.’

‘One of two women accused of murdering Perth teenager Aaron Pajich saw the character Freddy Krueger from the Nightmare on Elm Street horror movies as "a father figure", WA's Supreme Court has heard.

The revelation came during 26-year-old Jemma Lilley's third day in the witness box at the Supreme Court trial she is facing with her former housemate, 43-year-old Trudi Lenon.

The two women are charged with murdering Mr Pajich in June last year.

During cross examination by Ms Lenon's lawyer, Helen Prince, Ms Lilley was shown a letter she had sent to Robert Englund, the actor who played the character, when she was 24.

A part of it read to the court said "As strange as it may seem, I've always seen Freddy as a father figure — Papa Freddy."’

‘THE older woman charged with murdering and burying autistic teen Aaron Pajich in the back garden of an Orelia home has chosen not give direct evidence in her own defence.

Trudi Lenon, 43, is accused of luring Mr Pajich to the house she was living with friend Jemma Lilley, 26, last June, before aiding in his brutal stabbing and subsequent internment under a DIY patio.

As Ms Lilley's defence case finished this morning, Ms Lenon's lawyer Helen Prince told the WA Supreme Court that the mother-of-three would not be giving evidence herself.

Instead, they called a video imaging expert to dissect CCTV footage taken at the house on the morning Mr Pajich was killed, which appeared to show Ms Lenon entering the house just after 11am carrying a large knife.

Mr Pajich's body was found with garotte marks and three stab wounds, two to the neck and one to his chest.’

Aaron Pajich walked into a real-life horror movie at killer Jemma Lilley's house

‘When 18-year-old Aaron Pajich walked through the gate at 22 Broughton Way, Orelia, on June 13 last year, he had no idea of the horror that lay ahead of him.

Perhaps the Elm Street sign on the gate could have been a clue but he had no reason to be alarmed — as far as he knew he was there to download computer software as a favour for one of his young friends.

But within minutes of arriving and while sitting drinking coffee, he was attacked. First from behind with a garotte, and then with a knife that severed his jugular vein and left a 10-12-centimetre-deep wound in his chest that damaged multiple organs.

His killers were 26-year-old Jemma Lilley — someone he had never met — and 43-year-old Trudi Lenon, a study colleague and the mother of a friend with whom he liked to play computer games.

In a trial in WA's Supreme Court that played out over the past five weeks, both women denied responsibility for Mr Pajich's death, mounting what's called a "cut-throat" defence and directly blaming each other for his murder.

The court heard Mr Pajich was probably not your usual 18-year-old.

Prosecutor James Mactaggart said while he lived a normal life he had been assessed as being on the autism spectrum, and that was something that made him more vulnerable to Lenon and Lilley's warped plan.‘
