A Brazilian woman is suing her partner for not giving her orgasms.

According to Terra Noticias Populares reports the unnamed 31-year-old filled a complaint at Chacar Urbana Police station in Jundiai.

She complained that her 38-year-old partner reached an orgasm and then simply stopped the sexual intercourse.

Police chief Jose Roberto Ferraz is investigating the case.

Police spokesperson said: "We will look into it, we will treat it as an ordinary complaint and let the judge decide."

All I know is if they were awarding money to women in her situation, I could have been rich years ago.
 
I searched all through my Funk & Wagnel and couldn't find any law against it. :crazy:
 
Boy oh boy.

If she win's this suit, I'm quiting my job, rushing to get my law degree, and setting up an office here in the states. Image the business you'd have!

lol pook! that was my first thought, a normal person would just get a new lover.

some other worthy ;) lawsuits......

1. suing for leaving the toilet seat up.
2. for burning the meatloaf
3. for snooring
4.for telling a dumb joke
and 5. suing for NOT CHANGING THE TOILET PAPER ROLL!

hi cass! no i haven't, something tells me i better not go there.

So how do you get on the jury for this one? What kind of evidence will they present? Videos??

Technically, that is when the intercourse naturally stops, when the man has an orgasm...don't things tend to...ummm..deflate after that??

I guess she is mad b/c he rolled over and started snoring immediately after....
 
Is there some law in Brazil that makes this behavoir worthy of a criminal complaint??
