Hi, Everyone,

I'm not sure if this is the appropriate place to post this--I'm eager to learn more about how this forum works, as I've been lurking on web detective sites since about 2009 but haven't ever posted or truly investigated a match, so feel free to correct me!

I just wanted to say that I'm currently investigating this as a potential match for the Oregon John Doe listed above:

https://www.findthemissing.org/en/cases/14415/174/

What do you think?

I just tried and couldn't locate #UP9995 in the NamUs Unidentified DataBase. Can someone please post the list of exclusions for this UID? I know it's a longshot because of the height and weight, but has Mark Dribin been ruled out as an exclusion? He had reddish hair.

Barry Douglas, missing 1987, 6 ft. 200 lbs, red hair, mustache???

Missing
Missing Person / NamUs #MP7222 Barry Keith Douglas

He was a big guy! I like how the composites show him slightly heavier and slightly slimmer, and have the hair color variations.

The brands of his clothing could not be more generic. Larger scar could be from an exploratory laparotomy. Nothing identifying really at all. How did he get out there? And did he just toss his wallet on the way? It's so hard to understand. He must have been in an incredible amount of pain - may he RIP.

Possible? Robert Lewis Kuhlman – The Charley Project missing since 1979, 21 years old.

Red hair, freckles, (he seems to have a birthmark on his forehead, not sure where that is all about)....John Doe has freckles if you look at the colored recon up close. I don't see a birthmark......could it have faded away after dead...I really don't know.
Born in 1957, so not far off from the birth range of John Doe (estimated to be between 40 and 60, found in 1995, so born between 1935 - 1955 estimated)
6'4 - 155 lbs - John Doe 6'4 - 225 lbs.
Another thing is the color of the eyes. Robert hazel - John Doe gray-blue

Perhaps we need to look at missing men that weighed more than 220s and more towards 300. 3XL is a very large size. 220ish wouldnt look that heavy on someone that tall. Perhaps he lost a bit of weight before he died.

@LinasK , no, Mark Dribin hasn't been ruled out, but the UID was found in 1995. Isn't that before Mark disappeared? Also he's a much bigger guy.
