I don't think he is living a miserable life. I honestly think he enjoys what he has done and the infamy it has given him. He seems to have no issue going out and attracting attention to himself and he invites trouble. No doubt the same behavior he was displaying prior to killing Trayvon. It's only a matter of time before he kills again and he's so bold that he believes he can get away with it again. He's just waiting for the right moment with minimal witnesses like before.

The judge said no. Apperson fired a gun at someone in a moving vehicle on a busy street, creating a threat to public safety, she said. Apperson has been in jail since July 31, 2015. He had been free on bond, but then prosecutors charged him with urinating on his neighbor's front door, a violation of his pretrial release. On Monday the judge cited that incident as another reason he should not be released on bail.
