How very sad. People need to know that you can call police to do a wellness check. Sad that even the post office didn't notice and notify LE.

"An official with the U.S. Postal Service said employees are instructed to notify their supervisor if they notice any indications that someone is not living in a home or if they notice that mail is piling up. As of Friday evening, officials were unable to determine if there was a regular mail carrier on that route or substitutes daily." (From link above in first post).

It was reported that the mail had piled up on the porch. Wouldn't that be a clue? :thinking:
