According to court records, Simms admitted to police that she had a relationship with the teen.

Simms in April pleaded guilty to two counts of statutory sexual assault and was sentenced by Common Pleas Judge Christopher Feliciani to two-to-eight years in prison and eight years on probation.

Weaver was sentenced to five years on probation, including 18 months on house arrest. The judge said Weaver’s house arrest could be reduced to just nine months if she completes terms of her probation.
