Weird they don't mention the name of the person they are looking for.

They say : '
Police located Jason Dixon-McNeal (Jason Small) inside a residence on Saturday, October 8th. ...Police are still actively searching for Donald Lewis. Lewis is described as an African-American male, 5’9″ tall, 180 pounds, black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black baseball hat with the word “veteran” on the front, dark shirt and dark pants....



So it seems like they think the younger man did something to the veteran?

I thought that too until I read it again paying better attention to the pictures.
I think the older one with a hat that says veteran is the one whom they are searching for. Don't know if he is a veteran or not.

Yes, they are searching for the older man. They found the younger subject in the home they are searching around. But they are being tight lipped about that part.
 
So they found the younger one and are looking for the older one. I do wonder if the younger man is talking. He should know (it's assumed) where the other man is. Maybe😕

A Milwaukee man, accused of killing his boss — the owner of the Young Urban Jazz Cafe located near 24th and Fond du Lac has pleaded not guilty...

Small was initially reported missing, along with the victim, Donald Lewis, when they were last seen together at the cafe a week before...

Lewis was later found underneath boxes in a walled-off room of the basement. He had been shot three times.
