Sounds kinda like "we found you under a cabbage leaf" or "the stork brought you."

We picked you up at Wal-Mart....

I once had a neighbor with (I think) precipitous labor -- labor hapens very fast for these women. She had twins, one in the hospital parking lot & the other in the elevator!
