A man with an identifying tattoo is being sought by Waterford police after they said he robbed a National City Bank.
The suspect, identified as Andrew Jeffrey Webster, has tattoos on both arms, including one that says "Dumb" on the inside of his right arm, according to police.Webster is considered armed and dangerous.
