Yes, I saw that, but the article title is Jan 6, 2017. That makes me wonder if the 2016 entry is a typo and that Diana was missing for one day, and not one year when her parents reported it. Sometimes at the beginning of the new year it's easy to make that mistake.

The date is incorrect. It should be 2017. I've allerted a mod.

I believe that she is the same person described in the article below, who joined the military and was a rape victim, further insulted by being denied veterans benefits. Her age and location match up, and there is a photo of her in the article.

Not only did she find no justice in the Army – she was arrested herself.

Rubbing salt in her wound, to this day she cannot get treatment from the Dept. of Veterans Affairs. The reason? It denies she ever served in the Army. Her records, it seems, have disappeared.

The Philly Record article states that while stationed in Ft. Campbell, Ky. she worked as an automated logistical specialist. The police article makes it seem like she's a homeless person with diminished mental capacity.
