Grandmother says 2-year-old brain-dead after assault
The grandmother, Victoria Bittner says this is not the first time her grandson Brayden Ferguson has been assualted by the same person.

As Braydens family mourns, they ask that people who suspect child abuse take action, no matter how difficult.Find somebody, call somebody and get your kid away from it. Its not worth it. You will regret it later and your heart will not be able to handle it, said Bittner.
Boyfriend charged with murder in 2-year-olds death
Ryan Luke St. John, 22, is charged with two counts of murder; two counts child endangering; and single counts of involuntary manslaughter and felonious assault, according to the Montgomery County Prosecutors Office. He stood with arms crossed throughout a 90-second video court appearance during which a judge ordered him held on $500,000 bond.
Meanwhile, the relatives of the boy a family friend called that perfect little Gerber baby are preparing arrangements for the childs burial. A casket has been donated.
