A man struck by a car in Denver cant remember who he is. Do you know him?

A man struck by a car is having difficulty remembering who he is, according to the Denver Police Department, which needs help identifying him.
The man was on foot when he was struck by a vehicle on March 16, five days ago, at West 8th Avenue and Speer Boulevard
and was treated at Denver Health Medical Center.
