His left hand is crippled. He wore his hair in a long ponytail at the time of his disappearance, and he may use the alias name Dan Green.

Details of Disappearance
Skenandore was last seen by his live-in girlfriend in Green Bay, Wisconsin on April 26, 1996. She stated he left their residence at 2:00 p.m. to go to work and never returned. She reported him missing on May 6. Around the time of his disappearance, Skenandore had spoken to plans to take a road trip west, possibly to the state of Wyoming, with friends. His friends said they last saw him in Black River Falls, Wisconsin, a three-hour drive west of Green Bay. Few details are available in his case.

Mystery Continues Behind Missing Man

"His best friend at the time and his girlfriend at the time appear to be truthful in their statements. We've done computer voice stress analysis tests with them...they appear to be telling us the truth."

Runge says friends reported last seeing Skenandore in Black River Falls, WI.

"Probably one of the most puzzling ones (cases) we have in our file," Runge said.

It was around 2 PM when Daniel was last seen leaving his residence on Gross Street on April 26, 1996 in Green Bay, WI; heading to work. He contacted his live-in girlfriend by phone at approximately 8:00 pm that night telling her that he was going to be late. His girlfriend reported him missing on May 6, 1996.

Investigators say that they were told that around the time of his disappearance that Daniel had made statements that he wanted to travel out west, wanting to travel to Wyoming with friends.

Friends reported to Police that they last saw Daniel in Black River Falls, WI. He has not been seen or heard from since.

Daniel is described as an American Indian/Alaska Native male, between 6’0” tall and 6’2” tall, and between 160 and 170 pounds. He has long black hair that he wears in a ponytail, and brown eyes. He was 40 years old when he disappeared and had several tattoos. He had a tattoo of a Tomahawk on his left shoulder, one on his right shoulder that says “Oneida” in the vertical position, and 2 additional unspecified tattoos on his back and upper right arm. He may also go by the alias name of Dan Green.

Daniel would be 64 years old today.
