On Friday, March 24, the Kent County dive team pulled a man's body from the Grand River -- however, the identity of the victim hasn't been released. Dorothy Cassiday is wondering if it could be her brother.

My understanding is the body was Jamel Parker

I used to live around where he went missing. Not the safest area to be walking around. We had a lot of gang violence on my street. I wasn't at a good place in my life then, which is why I didn't live somewhere safer. The area is changing but not super fast.
