One thing I noticed. It's perfectly okay for nons to a.) question the defense experts even though Frank Peretti was FAR more dishonest (he went from saying there was NO rape to saying it was possible) and far more incompetent (he wasn't even certified and FAILED to get certified); b.) that it's hard to get two or three experts to agree and they got FIVE to agree c.) That the "Jessie was drunk" only makes the murder scenario LESS likely (since they couldn't have cleaned it effectively, would have left more evidence and would have left beer cans at the scene rather than by some overpass) d.) downplay that Terry Hobbs had a massive history of violence (attempting to rape Mildred French or at least sexually assault her, beating his first family) and that Jerry Driver openly lied about many of the elements in Exhibit 500

What the hell gives?

Peretti was incompetent, but it's doubtful he was in cahoots like supporters love to pretend. He actually did side with the defense lawyers during the trials at times, but for whatever reason, supporters dismiss this -- the one quick example off the top of my head was when he sided with JB's lawyers with regard to the immasculation and whether it was even possible it could have been done in the area at night, with mosquitoes, the amount of blood that would have been shed, etc.

The B.S. is spewed from both sides; not just one.

He was still wildly inept and he did somewhat bend over backwards (the changing his testimony).

^ That's your perception, as the Dude would say.
