According to that article posted above, she's wanted for multiple arrest warrants. Just did a quick search and found this: http://www.wpbf.com/article/authorities-search-for-missing-child-who-may-be-in-danger/35856458

Looks like she's wanted for taking her daughter. I wonder if her daughter is still missing...

I found an older report that the daughter was believed with her
